Agriculture has been changing over the past two decades and farmerd are looking at different uses of their buldings and lands. One alternative crop is Pacific White shrimp which is unique in that it can be sold market fresh vs frozen. This publication lays out the expenses and revenue associated with selling size and determines which size could be the most profitable for the farmer.
