Bob's major program responsibility is the coordination of a statewide program, Planning with POWER, in Indiana that empowers communities to proactively make land-use change decision that protect water and environmental resources.

  • 2000-present.  Planning with POWER (Protecting Our Water and Environmental Resources) State Coordinator.  Responsible for developing the statewide education program for Purdue Extension and Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant College Program targeted to local land use decision makers.
